Dear,
We are implementing Oracle-Streams proto project, with oracle 9i rel2.0 .
We have set the enviroment as per the documents.
like stream admin at src/tgt database etc.

At the target database we insert to 4 records and the capture and propagate process are working properly.

At the target database , it is dequeing but not applying changes(dml) to the target table(dept).
no error msg is generated.

pls guide us.

Did you check the apply errors at the destination.

Check whether your tables have primary key. Tables need a primary key work on streams.
