I would like the solution for the following Scenario

I have multiple locations for eg. loc1, loc2, loc3 and Ho

A table from Locations : loc1, loc2, loc3 need to be updated to Location : HO
we would like to create a Materialised View at HO and using Dblink to various sites Database.

I tried creating the Materialized view by the data is updating only from the location from where i first created the Materialized view.
We don't want to use advance replication

Please give me a Solution, you experts.
