Scenario desc:
Two DB's, both physically internal (LAN).
One (DB2) containing a synchronously replicated subset(for web access) of main DB1.
We believe we need to have another firewall between these machines to ensure complete security.
Q: But wonder if there is a way (or another way) of checking the SQL going through this gateway? OR can OCM do this?
From what we have read it appears that OCM can check the IP/hostname but can it (or something else you know of) do more?
thoughts appreciated.
