Hi,
Hi
Try to change the entries in Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->ORACLE->NLS_LANG
Get to know the character set of croatian language the format will be like this
LANGUAGE_TERRITORY.CHARACTER SET
(EG AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1)

If I had a database that was setup as:
NLS_LANG american_america.us7ascii
I am having problems in Germany with clients on German keyboards that are having problems accessing an enterprise application. We set their Local to Germany in the part master application using Oracle 8 as the database but are having problems still.
Does the server need something loaded to handle NLS_LANG=GERMAN_GERMANY.WE8ISO8859P1
or can this be a client setting for German clients?
Can the USA clients either default to American or can set the NLS_LANG= american_america.us7ascii?
Thank you in advance,
