After setup oracle 817, the first SID could be seen in DBA Stadio.
However , I could not open it or test it in local server.
The error is ORA-12545.
How to start the service?
Thank you!

THIS TEXT IS FROM ORACLE DOC
Ensure the ADDRESS parameters have been entered correctly; themost likely incorrect parameter is the node name. Ensure that theexecutable for the server exists (perhaps "oracle" is missing.)
If the protocol is TCP/IP, edit the TNSNAMES.ORA file to change thehost name to a numeric IP address and try again.

Today I reinstall the system, and setup oracle 8i SE.
The service name is correct.
However, I still could not find the database in DBA Studio or Net Assistance.
The error is ORA-12541:TNS No listener.
I saw the oracle HTTP Server still run at back.
My OS is Windows 2000 Pro and use ISDN to connect with Internet.
