I am having oracle 8.1.5 on unix machine. I want to install client of 8.1.5 on windows NT machine for taking export dump. After installing when I am trying for exp command i am getting message oravsn8.dll file not found in path. I searched for this file in unix as well windows NT machine but it is not available. After going thru message archives, I came to know copying of this partcular file in bin directory will resolve the problem. Anybody is having this file pl. mail me on unmesh@jnport.com

this link to oracle ftp site is supposed to have the file.
But it is NOT there.
i beleieve, since 815 is desupported , it is removed.
talk to OSS. they can send u the file.
