dear sir,
thanks for help me......... you 'r great..
the command is that...
alter tablespace system add datafile 'corantdatabaseshah.dbf' size 50m autoextend on;

would you think that it will work preperly.......

i want to create a user which can not change his password, by using alter command. with the permission of dba it can change its password.....

for question 2:
i beleive, 
you can make use of PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION.
look into security manual for more detailed information.
You have to create a profile(with password verify function) and assign to the user.

Your first query will work without any problem.

For second question..
I think you cannot restrict the user to change his own password.
