| Orapwd & failed to create database [message #72456] |

I am facing a problem while manuaaly creating a
database. When I run a script, it creates all
datafile etc but while opening the database it is
showing the message " Create datatbase falied
Disconnection forced"
Here are the excerpts from alert log file --->
