We are getting the below given errors while trying to load a single line file into oracle 9i DB.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [[klaprs_30]], [[266]], [[478]], [[ ]], [[ ]], [[ ]]
, [[ ]], [[ ]]
SQL*Loader-961: Error calling once/load finishing for table "CAMMGR"."CONV_ACCT_EXTR_T"
ORA-26095: unprocessed stream data exists
SQL*Loader-2026: the load was aborted because SQL Loader cannot continue.
We are trying to do a direct path load and have given a streamsize of 1050000 which is huge. The input file record length is 3120 bytes.
Your help is highly appreciated.

it is a noted bug, supposed to fixed in 9.0.1.4 and 9.2.0.2 .
Apply the latest patchsets.
and
if you are using any trim functions in control file, remove them and try again.
