hi,
I am using oracle 8.17 on Nt and i have an error that i would really appeciate some help with.
the problem occurs when i try to create a spatial index on a table other than a sys owned table. the error i get is
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-13203: failed to read USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA table
ORA-13203: failed to read USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA table
ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_INDEX_METHOD_9I", line 8
ORA-06512: at line 1
I would really appreciate if you could help me here with this problem as i cannot figure it out.
