current running oracle 7.3 and are upgrading to oracle 9i. What action needs to be applied to any PRO*C programs. Is it a case of just recompiling with a new makefile ?

I upgrade oracle 7.3.3 to 9i by full database with
long raw exp/imp. Then I re-compile my c++ code
to run my .exe again some of the function doesn't
work it couldn't upload binary file.
what do u mean by recompile a new make file?
