The whole times that I have to do a full import of a base any, first I create the base that had received the import full and later I begin import, and always of the error in the users that are already created (sys and system).
Somebody knows as doing an import full without taking the users sys and system.
(it is not worth the clause fromuser / to user)

Create one user and give 'imp_full_database' grant to that user. So this user can do full import.
