What are the files that can be multiplexed? How do we achieve multiplexing?

Control file, redo log file and archived file are able to multiplexing.
To achieve this multiplexing you need to multicopies of these files in difference disk in database configuration (parameter file) to prevent a single disk failure, which will cause the lose of these files.
