If I have taken phisical cold backup moday evening and any user has dropped any table accidently and i dont have logical back up of that table how can i restore that table

Two types of backup and recovery - no archive and archive mode.
No Archive.
If you have cold backup in every monday evening, then you need to restore back the cold backup into production database. But you will lose the transaction between cold backup time until the time of restoring.
Archive
you can recover back table and transaction if it is archive mode. Please refer to Oracle Manual.
