In online tablespace recovery,we assume that disk on which our tablespace is situated has been creshaed and we have copy all the files of that table space on another.why do we have to rename all the files on new disk.

Because the control file have the absolute path which is not a valid when you restore it in new place. Rename the file alters the controlfile to change it to new path.
