Greetings,
Project invoves Oracle monitoring with Tivoli Monitoring platform, with the Oracle module. Client is looking for a solution that will allow Tivoli to trigger alerts on DB perf events AND be able to back track, for example, at a specific peak point, which SQL statement or group of statements caused the perf alert. Point here is point in time, meaning historical log of SQL activity.
Anyone could suggest a methodology, either within Oracle Enterprise management tools or or through third party, that could feed that to Tivoli (ie snmp) ?
