Hi,
I have Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 Personal Edition installed, and I am not able to get the Enterprise Manager to run. I changed oemapp.bat to call java.exe instead of jrew.exe, so I could see the startup messages, and this is what I get:
The application "console" is not installed.
Usage: oemapp [[application name]]
The installed applications are: performancemanager, cpta, ocm, topsess, jdbctest
, opm, capacityplanner, ocmcli
I've tried running the installer several times, and it tells me the console is installed, but oemapp doesn't see it. What's up?
