Hi,
I have installed Oracle 8i client on Win NT ver 4.0 on a Pentium IV machine. I had to download the patch 1507768 in order to complete this installation. Now, all other components except OEM work.
When I start OEM, it just shows "Initializing" and closes down.

Is there anything that I can do to solve this problem?

where u able to install OMS and OEM compoents without issue?
and now the issue is ONLY when invoking the OEM console?
