HI,

I am getting JRE.exe error when trying to use sqlnet easy config.

my O/S is Windows XP. and I installed forms runtime,reports runtime, net8 client succesfully (forms6i).

Same products installed under windows 2000 and sqlnet easyconfig is working perfectly.

�Checked the c:orantjdkbin directory. javai.dll exists.

Hope you can throw some light to this issue.

hello sir,

actually sir when i am try to conect sql easy config in win 2000 proff o/s it wll show some error ....

i.e ......(0Xc0000096 ) application (0X00010100)

I'm also getting the same error message with net8 easy config in XP. I could not find a solution for past 4 months... do help to get a solution...

this is Khalid A. Sibhai with u

First u have to go \OraNT\JDK\Bin\ and just find out file named by symcjit.dll if u could find it just renamed with name symcjit.dll1 then try to open Oracle Net8 Config

of cource u will get it open
