I am able to connect from SQL*Plus client okay.
I have installed SQL Navigator and tried connecting to my server from it.

But when i am using SQL Navigator it gives ORA-12571 :-TNS packet writer failure.

My OS is Window NT Workstation. I am checking the SQLNET.Log on the server.
These are the entries :-

could you comment out the entries in sqlnet.ora and try again?

i m using win 2000 professional,i have installed oracle 9i,oracle forms 6i.i can connect to database from sql but not thro forms ,when i try to connect to database from forms it gives following error, Fatal NI connect error 12571, connecting to:
