I am trying to connect an oracle9i client with Oracle 9i Server but it is not connecting can someone tell me the all procedure in steps to connect my 9iclient to 9i Server and tell me the best resource on web for the administration tasks and networking troubleshooting of Oracle 9i?waiting for some help very badly.
