what's the guideline in connecting Oracle DBs on mirror sites.

Or

Here's my case:
I have 2 servers one will be sent to another location to act as a mirror for my server. I am running ORACLE on my server and have installed ORACLE in the mirror server. What's the process of performing actions to my local server which automatically reflects to my mirror server?

Do I have to give them the same service name?

I beleive, the correct oracle terminology would REPLICATION.
Please look into the pros and cons of oracle replication.
