Can validnode_checking be applied to only one database out of several on a server?

Say there are 3 payroll datbases on the one server:
Test, Train and Production.

Can Net8 be configured to only accept connections to Production from a short list of IP addresses, while accepting connections to the other instances from anywhere ??
