When I start lsnrctl it says: System parameter file is /var/opt/oracle/listener.ora

I absolutely want to move listener.ora to another directory. How do I tell lsnrctl the new location?

by default, listener.ora will be found at
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin.
if you want this somewhere else,
set up your network directory env parameter TNS_ADMIN
and keep the listener.ora here.

The path is hard-coded in tnslsnr so I was somewhat surprised that this really works!
Thank you!
