I have a problem with my oracle 8i, cause when I want to open the dba studio, there is an error with the message "ORA-12541:TNS:No listener". Some body please help me ti solve the problem.

got to host promtp( dos or shell prompt)
type lsrnrctl
lsnrctl> start
lsnrctl> exit
then try connecting again.
