I am a complete beginner. I get this error when I try to login to sqlplusw, developer copy of oracle 9i, personal edition, win XP prof. I see this error comes up often. I have looked at the varous solutions. I do not know where to start. Can anyone advise. If I am told to 'look in the registry' I will need to be told how to find the registry!! please help ;).
