Hello,

I have observed users waiting on a row cache locke (cache id 8 which is dc_objects) while selecting from a table. The wait occurs for about 30 seconds. The getmiss ratio is about 5% for cache id 8.

First, Why would dc_objects need to be updated during a query? Weird.
