Can anyone plz tell me how to remove
caching in oracle.

Hi,

Caching of what? All sorts of things are cached by the Oracle server: data buffers, SQL Queries, Java Programs, etc.

These caches cannot be disabled, but you can decrease their memory allocation by changing parameters.
