�Hello Friends,

�I'm with two problems to start the program SQL*PLUS or SQL WorkSheet.

�The Oracle show me that erros :

�ORA 01034 - Oracle not Avaliable

�ORA 27101 - Shared memory realm does not exist.

�But, I have instaled inside my computer Oracle 8i with all programs, sample, DBA Studio, Migration utilities and etc. I do know if this can causa perfomance of my system.

�I have one AMD K6 II - 328 Mb of RAM, 20 GB free space.

�All my oracle services were inicialized with computer.

�I�liked�know,�how I can searching solutions to that problem.

�That problem is many fool, but I need solved this.

did u start the database?
got control panel/ services and start the database service
or
use svrmgrl to start manually

c:svrmgrl
svrmgrl>connect internal
svrmgrl> startup

Hello Mahesh,

I maked this, but dont haved access with my accont and accont SYSTEM/MANAGER.

To be same error : ORA27101 - Shared Memory ...

I dont know if is problem with my computer.
