i don't have any idea about statspack.were it is used,
how it is used.what is the use of statspack.were can i get good material on statspack

Hi,
Think of statspack as looking at the database instance resource needs.
I.e. if you are concerned about instance tuning.
If you want to tune statements, queries and actions at that level, statspack won't do you any good copmpared to exetended SQL tracing and explain plans.
