In my alert log, I got:

OSD-04006: ReadFile() failure, unable to read from file
O/S-Error: (OS 21) The device is not ready.

Oracle cant't read the file F:ORACLEORADATAORCLSYSTEM02.DBF, because Windows thinks the Device is not ready.

Possibly hard drive problems.
