Hi Guyz,
I want to Upgrade Oracle8i Database to Oracle9i.
When i try to upgrade the Database thru Database Upgrade Assistant i get error
"ORA-12203:TNS:Unable to Connect to Database"
But when i tnsping the Database in Both Version it is Ping fine. Now i am neither able to Delete the Database nor Upgrade the Database. I am able to Connect to Database thru SQLPLUS and Put the Query.
Oracle Instance service is also running fine
Only if i try to Delete the Database or Upgrade the Database, i get the Error.
