Hi there,

I'm maintaining Oracle Server 9.2.
My problem is, once user connect into database thru SQLPlus or any application that needs to connect to the database, the Listener will always got problem. If I'm using XP, the message says 'TNSLSNR.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience' then the msg asks to tell Microsoft about this problem. What actually happened here and how I can prevent it to disturb us? Then my server becomes very slow (too slow). When I check in Task Manager, the ORACLE.EXE reached 99% CPU usage. Sometimes the APACHE.EXE also becomes nearer to 100% CPU usage. Why it happen and help me to solve this problem.

Thanks and regards.
