Suppose my dataabse has curent sequence no 2000. I want it to back my dataabse to 1234. can we revert back my database oracle 9i Rel 2 database from current sequence no. to desired previous sequence no. if yes pls let me know.
what is the method ?
Pls. be noted that i am not interested to recover my backup datafiles and make command
sql>Revocer database until change 1234;

I'm sorry but i don't understand, it is not clear for me. Are you talking about oracle sequences?, if so, drop your sequence and recreate it starting from 1234.
If not, then what sequence are you talking about?, SCN?....
only way to take database to previous SCN is restoring from backup and make poin it time recovery until SCN=1234.
