SecurityPatch 3738339 on Windows 2003

Sorry for my english :

After this command,
c:3738339opatch.bat apply

I obtain :

The Oracle Home c:oracleora92 is not registered with the central inventory. Opatch was not able to get details of the home from the inventory.

Could you help me ?
