I installed oracle9i on windows advance 2000. When I was installing, I didn't create it db. I did it later with database configuration assistant. Later on, I found that I didn't have a listener for my db. How can I add one?

same methods apply for windows except for filenamingconventions and donot set any of those configuration parameters
