While connecting to the third party software to oracle above error has occurs.
Both oracle and DM software is on same server.
Oracle and DM software is installed separately on this server then database is imported to the oracle.

Kindly suggest the remedy

Hi

it seems you have supplied wrong connecting string while your connecting to database check out in your local tnames file to exact connecting string then use the same one
