Running Oracle 9.2.0.5 on Win2k Server. TNSListener,92Agent, and OracleService<SID> are services configured to start automatically. OracleService<SID> starts with Windows error "cannot start service in timely fashion".

When I invoke SQLPlus, I receive:

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

ORA_27101: shared memory realm does not exist
