hi,

how can I see the list of procedures and functions and source of dbms packages

for example dbms_stats package

Do a describe in SQL*Plus:
SQL> desc dbms_stats
PROCEDURE CONVERT_RAW_VALUE
 Argument Name                  Type                    In/Out Default?
 ------------------------------ ----------------------- ------ --------
 RAWVAL                         RAW                     IN
 RESVAL                         VARCHAR2                OUT
PROCEDURE CONVERT_RAW_VALUE
 Argument Name                  Type                    In/Out Default?
 ------------------------------ ----------------------- ------ --------
