Pl help me
Is it possible to use older verson of oracle8 sqlplus
by connecting oracle9i database?

If Yes pl. tell me the procedure of connectivity to
oracle9i.

you can connect to the database from lower vesrion to higher version

check out the following things on Oracle 8.version system Tnsnames file add a entry for service name of oracle 9i on ur system save the file and connect to the database with that service name

eg scott/tiger@servicename

it will work

It is possible, there is no different. configure tnsnames.ora.

If you need to know the configaration proceduere.
