I did read much and I did'nt as to what happens every three seconds when CKPT writes the checkpoint information to the control files
1)Does DBWn writes to datafiles
2)Does LGWR write to redolog

There are many events which forces the checkpoints in database and for every 3 seconds LGWR will write the data from log buffer to logfiles
