Hi,

a new question:

I am connected from a 9.2.-client to 7.3.2.3-db.

(both on windows-systems )

But when I try to make a query on a datadictionary-view then I get a "ORA-01002 fetch out of sequence".

What happens here?

The OEM tells me the instance is down, although people work on it. Is my client not compatibel or has anyone an idea what it is?
