i am not able to use the backup, recovery and performane tuning wizards on my Oracle Server, when i use OEM. An error is shown stating that OMS is not configured. What should i do to use those tools?

install OMS/OEM options.
install repostiory.
Enable sql*net connectivity between the repository and target databases.
start intelligent agent in all participating nodes.
start OEM console.
discover all participating nodes.
set your policies.
do your stuff...
