can anybody send me a sql script or the way of finding each user what do in all of system and in what and when table they work and what do they do,.
in the other words I want to control all users and underestand what they do in speceial time,what must I do?

You can enable auditing for registering a users's actions. Also, if you want to see what perform in system in real-time see v$session, v$sql, v$sqltext.
