hi all

i need some help from u.. In my database, online redo logs are getting generated fine, but the archive logs are not getting generated properly. Failure to archive is coming. After a series of failures, it is getting completed. Plz let me know why the failures r coming while archiving.

Please upload the alert log file.

And all other trace files if they are indicated in alert.log

One reason could be both redo log file and archived log file could be in same disk. Both lgwr and arch is contenting for resource in that disk.
