ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible
I am getting these two errors together whenever i try to run the "$ORACLE_HOME/SQLPLUS/ADMIN/PLUSTRCE" script.
The instance of database i am working on was automatically created by Oracle as default databse while installing Oracle9i.Do i need to run Catalog.sql & Catproc.sql.

Your DBMS_STANDARD package either wasn't created or got invalidated for some reason. Run the catalog.sql & catproc.sql as SYSDBA and the problem will be solved.

Spool the scripts output, so you can check for any errors later.

Hope that helps,
