Can someone pls. help me with this error? I run an alter table move command for a huge table and the instance crashes.

Mahesh,
Thanks for replying. The following is the log. I could restart the instance without a problem but still I am surprised a simple move command can make the instance fail. I tried with nologging option....and it seems to be stable for other big tables...Please clarify.

You have problems with your LGWR process. This error say that he are unexpectly died. Try to see why it occur. I think that this is OS error. Tr to see alert.log for other information. Also verify if LGRW are write any trace in BDUMP directory.
