Hi,
After installation, EM Database Control can be
accessed from a web browser at
http://your.machine.name:5500/em
If not, you need to start the console process (a
stand-alone OC4J instance):
OS> emctl start dbconsole
If it is still not working, check if you are using a
non-default port in $ORACLE_HOME/install/portlist.ini
