  I have two Oracle 9i servers on Server A and Server B

  I can Connect From Server A to Oralce9i on Server B

 but on the same machine  Server A, I cannot connect to Oracle9i on  Server A,

 Also all clients can connect the Server A

 but it can not connect himself.

 OS Windows 2000.

 Haw can we solve this conflict

Configure you client part on Server A.What mean that you cannot connect? What error you give?

Set the following env variable

C:>set local=%ORACLE_SID%
