I install a oracle database9i in a windows 2003 machine name stamford and oracle developar 9 in a windows XP machine name computer18.stamford. I can design a form with wizard but when i try to run the form it give a error

FRM-10142: The HTTP listener is not running on computer18.stamford at Port 8888 Please start the listner or click your nuntime perferences.

how can i run the form, is there any thing i have to do

Sounds like you simply haven't started your Forms services on the machine. Before you run the form, use the "Start OC4J Instance" option (usually from the Oracle Developer 9i entry on the start menu).
